Do you provide repair supplies?
Yes! We want everyone to embrace slow fashion and long-term use.
We provide authentic repair materials - fabrics, buttons, ties for free, just cover 50% of shipping cost, usually about 4$ for US, Australia customers and 2-3$ for EU.
Do you offer custom sizing or tailoring?
Yes! Simply contact us after purchasing to let us know your preferred customizations via email or our contact form. We also manage our social media accounts so feel free to DM as well.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 90-day refund policy under standard terms for fashion shopping - items should not be worn, in original state. Read more.
In case you have a small repair to make, we can provide repair supplies for free, just cover 50% of shipping fee. Contact us here to receive repair supplies.

We offer free shipping from 100$ USD.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number with your order. In case you haven't received one, please contact us.
How long does it take to receive an order?
In-season (spring-summer for US and Europe) production times vary between 1-2 weeks, plus about a week for shipping time.
All of our products are made-to-order to reduce environmental impact overstocking has on our planet.

Do your clothes shrink after washing?
All of our apparel linen pieces come with washed fabrics so they shouldn't shrink. We provide care instructions with each piece in the packaging as well.
